What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Account details you give us (email, and a password you choose — we never see it), the content of what you deploy, and the operational data needed to serve it: request logs, deployment history, build logs and metrics. We do not sell any of it.
How we use it
To run the platform: building your projects, serving them, issuing certificates, taking payments and supporting you when something breaks. We use operational logs for capacity planning and to investigate incidents.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not scan or read the contents of your applications except where required to operate them or where you ask us to.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of providers to run the platform, including our database and authentication provider, our payment processor, and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention
Build logs and metrics are kept on a rolling window. Deployment history is kept for the life of your account so you can roll back. Deleting your account removes your projects and their data.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Where you are in the EEA or UK, you have the rights to access, correct, export and erase your personal data, and to object to processing.
Cookies
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a currency preference cookie so prices render in your currency on the first request. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
