The agreement between you and HiheMAX Dock.
The agreement
Using HiheMAX Dock means accepting these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your credentials and API keys safe, and for the accuracy of your billing details. Tell us promptly if you think a key has leaked.
What you may host
You may host anything that is lawful and does not infringe someone else’s rights. You may not use the platform to distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk email, attack third parties, or circumvent the plan limits by any means. See the Acceptable Use policy for detail.
Billing
Plans bill flat on a monthly cycle. The plan price is the entire bill — there is no overage charge, per-deploy fee or bandwidth surcharge. Enterprise pay-as-you-go draws down a committed balance with a $20 minimum. Plans can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current cycle.
Your content
You keep all rights to everything you deploy. You grant us only the licence needed to build, serve, back up and display that content, and to operate the platform.
Availability
We work hard to keep the platform available and target the uptime shown on the status page. We do not promise that any page is always reachable, and we may perform maintenance that interrupts service.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will normally tell you why first. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period afterwards.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
